Unchaining the past

The past is a major force that shapes us as individual's, but it isn't the only one. We have a choice in the process and that choice is powerful. When we choose how we engage the present by uncoupling the pain and hurt from our past we unleash the potential to become a better version of ourselves. Past hurts and pain stifle us and lock us into a downward spiraling pattern of anger, resentment, distrust and fear.
